Highway 128, Mendocino
Left my tripod off the side of the road when I was taking this one. Several hours later when I realized it was missing, I got back in the car with my Dad and backtracked Highway 128 hunting for it. About five ours later it was still sitting on the ground! Worth it!
Mendocino Headlands Pacific Ocean
Christmas Eve in Mendocino my wife and I headed down to the headlands for some cold and windy sunset photos.

Classic Mendocino Sunset
A classic Mendocino sunset, just like I remember every day of my childhood.
Nestled in-between the redwoods and the pygmy forest is my family's home. Originally a log cabin surrounded by redwoods, my father has cleared space for a yard, garden, orchard, barn, basketball court, you name it. He has also expanded the original cabin by about 300% in every direction. A very special pace for me and my loved ones.
I caught a photo of this little bunny with my 70-200mm lens while it was munching grass in my parent's yard.
Down at the tide pools I got this California gull photo with my 70-200mm lens.
